Individual Therapy
Individual psychotherapy offers a supportive, confidential space to explore the experiences, emotions, relationships, and patterns that may be affecting your well-being. Therapy is individualized to your unique needs, values, strengths, and goals, recognizing that meaningful change looks different for every person. Using an integrative, trauma-informed, and neuropsychotherapeutic approach, individual therapy may support concerns such as anxiety and panic, trauma, ADHD and neurodivergence, emotional regulation, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, life transitions, stress, and personal growth. Together, we work toward developing greater self-understanding, strengthening coping skills, processing difficult experiences, and creating meaningful and sustainable change.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy provides a supportive and collaborative space for partners to better understand their relationship patterns, strengthen communication, and navigate challenges with greater awareness and connection. Therapy can help couples explore recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, trust concerns, intimacy, attachment needs, life transitions, parenting differences, and the impact of past experiences on the present relationship. Using an integrative, attachment-informed approach incorporating principles from the Gottman Method, couples are supported in developing healthier communication, increasing emotional understanding, repairing relational injuries, and building skills for managing conflict more effectively. Whether you are experiencing significant relationship distress or simply want to strengthen your connection, therapy is tailored to the unique needs, values, and goals of your relationship.

Family Therapy

Family therapy provides a supportive and collaborative space for family members to better understand one another, strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges together. Rather than focusing on one person as the source of difficulty, therapy considers the patterns, relationships, experiences, and circumstances that influence how the family functions as a whole. Family therapy may support concerns such as communication difficulties, recurring conflict, parenting challenges, emotional regulation, neurodivergence, adolescent and family relationships, life transitions, separation or blended-family dynamics, and periods of increased stress. Using an individualized, trauma-informed and family-centred approach, therapy can help family members develop healthier communication, increase understanding and empathy, establish appropriate boundaries, and build more connected and supportive relationships.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, evidence-based psychotherapy approach designed to help individuals process distressing experiences and memories that continue to affect their emotions, thoughts, behaviours, and sense of safety in the present. EMDR may be incorporated into therapy when working with trauma and other distressing life experiences. Through careful preparation and guided bilateral stimulation, EMDR supports the processing of difficult memories while helping reduce the emotional intensity associated with them. Treatment is collaborative, paced according to each client’s individual needs and readiness, and integrated within a trauma-informed therapeutic relationship.

Clinical counselling
Hypnotherapy
Clinical hypnosis is an altered state of awareness, perception or consciousness that is used, by licensed and trained doctors or master’s degree qualified individuals, for treating a psychological or physical problem. It is a highly relaxed state. Hypnosis is a state of inner absorption, concentration and focused attention.
Clinical counselling hypnosis is a collaborative, evidence-informed therapeutic technique used by trained mental health professionals to help clients access a focused state of attention and heightened awareness. During hypnosis, individuals remain awake, aware, and in control while becoming more receptive to exploring thoughts, emotions, memories, and patterns of behaviour. Within the context of psychotherapy, hypnosis is not a form of mind control or unconsciousness, but rather a tool that can enhance therapeutic interventions by reducing distractions, increasing relaxation, and strengthening access to internal resources. Clinical counselling hypnosis may be integrated with established therapeutic approaches to support treatment goals such as managing anxiety, stress, chronic pain, trauma-related symptoms, phobias, habit change, sleep concerns, and building emotional resilience. The use of hypnosis is always guided by informed consent, collaborative goal setting, and ethical standards of professional practice.
