Rates
Individual $175 per 50 minute session
Couples & Families $200 per 50 minute session
Therapeutic hour
Is defined as 50-minutes of direct client time and 10-minutes of indirect, which is used for clinical notes and documentation
Cancellation
Clients are responsible for letting their therapist know if they will not be attending with 24 hours notice, otherwise a full session charge will apply.
Letters & Reports
Letters and Reports will be charged at a prorated hourly rate,
unless specified otherwise.

Your information that you share is carefully collected and securely stored with strict adherence to Ontario's Health LEGISLATION, PHIPA
& PIPEDA
Limitations to confidentiality
As a practicing clinician of a regulated health profession, I have the responsibility of a 'Duty to Report and Warn' meaning in the case there is a risk of harm yourself or someone else, I am obligated to act in a way to ensure safety and wellbeing by contacting appropriate authorities or resources.
OHIP
Unfortunately, services provided by Registered Psychotherapists are not covered via OHIP at this time; you can find a link below to help advocate for this regulated health profession to be funded by OHIP in the future at the below link.
Extended health benefits
Insurance and health benefits providers typically include some level of coverage for Registered Psychotherapy services for those registered with the CRPO. Contact your insurance provider for specific details on your plan specifics.
Tax Deductible
Regulated health professional services can be claimed as tax deductible via medical expenses by the CRA. Keep your receipts for tax season or ask for a cumulative receipt during tax season.
